Hi, I'm Afiya.

"I believe that therapy is all about unlocking the strength and potential that exists within each of us. As a counselor, my job is to motivate people to stand courageously in the truth of who they are. This principle guides the work I do with children, adults, and families. I serve clients utilizing Narrative, Play, and Expressive therapies."
