About Gabby
I believe healing begins by attaching to ourselves and becoming aware of our powerful and intuitive body systems. These systems let us know when something is wrong and when we feel unsafe in a challenging situation. I believe attuning and regulating our bodies helps integrate the tough experiences our bodies have lived through or are currently living through. I do this through experiential and play therapy models.

My passion and expertise are working with children, adolescents, and their families to find strategies that help address big transitions, trauma, behavioral, or other mood issues. With over five years as a school-based therapist, I also have the capacity to connect on matters of education and advocating for a child’s needs.

I am continually striving to create an anti-racist, body-positive, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive space where I acknowledge the systemic issues that impact these individuals and their unique experiences.

I am excited to get to know you, teach you the ways of the brain and body, and to empower you or your child to feel confident as a human in this world.
